We formed our family run company in March 1999 under the name of Keen Kleen, which carried out professional cleaning of carpets and upholstery. Following on from that we then introduced the wood floor sanding & sealing division along with the cleaning, sealing & polishing of hard flooring such as Karndean, Amtico, vinyl and linoleum, all of these services are still carried out to this day.

In 2005 we opened our first carpet shop 'The Floor Studio' in Queen Street, Carnoustie.

After just eighteen months we then moved into our larger and current premises in Carnoustie at 25-27 Dundee Street from which Gary and his brother Craig work from. We are open Monday - Saturday from 9am till 5pm, with evenings and Sundays by appointment.

At The Floor Studio we offer an extensive range of quality wool and man-made carpets, cushion vinyl, laminates, engineered and solid wood flooring. There is also Karndean & Amtico showrooms, complete with over 100 rugs and runners on display.

With experienced in-house fitting teams, fully liveried vans, professional estimators and friendly, helpful sales personnel we promise a first class shopping environment with sampling home with you to make that all important selection.
